In a story that tragically unfolded over the course of nearly a decade, a Baltimore man succumbed to injuries sustained in a shooting that occurred eight years prior. Anthony Williams III, a 31-year-old male, passed away at his home on April 19, 2020. His death was the direct result of complications from a gunshot wound to the neck he suffered during a home invasion on April 3, 2012. At the time of the shooting, Williams was 23 years old.
