Pleasant Broadus Jr., a 42-year-old African American man, was fatally shot on February 10, 2016, in Baltimore, Maryland. The incident occurred in the 2500 block of Winchester Street in West Baltimore. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Mr. Broadus was a resident of Baltimore and was born on September 12, 1973. He attended Garrison Middle School and Forest Park High School.
