In the early hours of a Sunday morning in Baltimore, the life of Eric Antoine Carter Jr. was tragically cut short. On February 23, 2025, the 30-year-old Black male was found shot in the 600 block of Poplar Grove Street. The incident occurred at approximately 12:28 a.m., a time when the city is typically cloaked in the quiet of the night.
