Lucas Dale Likes, a 14-year-old boy from Louisville, Kentucky, tragically lost his life on March 23, 2021, while on a family vacation in Panama City Beach, Florida. Lucas, who was described as having a huge heart and being the glue of his family, was fatally shot by a stranger during an altercation.
