Jesus Ivan Barreiro-Cruz, a 33-year-old Hispanic male, was found dead on November 3, 2019, in Panama City, Florida. His body was discovered in a van outside a trailer at 1836 N. East Avenue. Barreiro-Cruz had suffered a single gunshot wound and was found slumped in the driver's seat, cold to the touch. The Bay County Sheriff's Office responded to the scene after receiving a call and initiated an investigation into his death.
