De'Andre Jamal Straker, a 21-year-old African American male from Palm Beach Gardens, was tragically found shot to death on April 3, 2021, in West Palm Beach, FL. His body was discovered inside a vehicle on Embarcadero Drive, near 45th Street and Congress Avenue, after a passerby reported hearing gunshots around 4:45 p.m. that day. The West Palm Beach Police Department responded to the scene and confirmed his death as a homicide.
