Donovan Bass, a 17-year-old from Altamonte Springs, Florida, tragically lost his life on September 9, 2021. The Altamonte Springs Police Department responded to a shooting incident at 450 Douglas Avenue around 9:40 a.m. Upon arrival, they found Donovan Bass suffering from a gunshot wound.
