Charles Simms Jr., aged 39, was found dead on July 10, 2016, in a room at the Remington Inn and Suites in Altamonte Springs, Florida. His body, along with those of Germaine Deamus, 38, and Lisa Robbins, 49, was discovered by a maintenance worker who entered the room after noticing the door had been left open for several hours. The police were called to the scene, where they found all three victims had been shot to death. Witnesses reported hearing an argument followed by gunshots around 4 a.m. o ...
