Douglas Adams, a 52-year-old resident of Altamonte Springs, Florida, was found dead in his home on March 31, 2018. The discovery was made by a woman who came to check on him. Adams had been shot, and investigators quickly ruled his death a homicide. The Seminole County Sheriff's Office stated that they did not believe the shooting was random, suggesting that Adams may have been targeted.
