Xyrus Zelaya, a 16-year-old Deltona High School student, tragically lost his life on October 31, 2021, following a shooting incident at a Halloween party in Deltona, Florida. The incident occurred after a dispute at the party, which had been advertised on Instagram. Zelaya and his friends were not initially allowed into the party because they were not on the guest list.
