Shalamar Deshawn Moore, a 29-year-old Black male from Bartow, Florida, tragically passed away on October 17, 2022. His death occurred at Bartow Regional Medical Center, where he was pronounced deceased after being transported there following a shooting incident. Shalamar was a member of the Open Door Ministry of Bartow and was survived by his parents, Frank Reed and Pearline Joseph, as well as his daughter, siblings, and extended family.
