Oscar Garcia, a 22-year-old motorcyclist from Miami, Florida, tragically lost his life on October 23, 2022. Garcia was riding his motorcycle southbound on Interstate 95 near the 79th Street exit when he was shot multiple times around 7:30 p.m. Responding authorities found him lying on the ground beside his black motorcycle, suffering from severe gunshot wounds. Despite being rushed to the Ryder Trauma Center at Jackson Memorial Hospital, Garcia succumbed to his injuries shortly after arrival.
