Do you know who murdered Mark?
Mark Phillips, age 41, was found dead in his Tulsa, Oklahoma residence on October 19, 2003. Officers responded to a "man down" call at around 6:40 a.m. at the address 2627 E. 29th Street, where they discovered Phillips had died from strangulation. The crime scene did not provide immediate leads, and Phillips' death has since become a cold case that remains unsolved to this day.
