Kevin Dean Reida, a five-year-old boy from Orcutt, California, tragically lost his life on April 25, 1965, during a mass shooting incident on U.S. Highway 101. The perpetrator, 16-year-old Michael Andrew Clark, carried out the attack from a hilltop overlooking the highway.
