Joel W. Kocab, aged 28, tragically lost his life on April 25, 1965, in Orcutt, California, during a horrific sniper attack on U.S. Highway 101. The incident, known as the 1965 Highway 101 sniper attack, was perpetrated by 16-year-old Michael Andrew Clark.
