Wojciech Frykowski, a Polish writer and actor, was tragically murdered on August 9, 1969, at the age of 32 in Los Angeles, California. Frykowski was one of the victims of the infamous Tate–LaBianca murders, orchestrated by the Manson Family, a cult led by Charles Manson.
