Faith Victoria Guffey, a 25-year-old woman from Dayton, Ohio, tragically passed away on October 11, 2021. She was identified as homeless at the time of her death. Faith was shot in the head on Caho Street in Dayton, and despite being rushed to the hospital, she was pronounced dead.
