Ashley Baker, a 26-year-old woman from Alabama, tragically died on January 24, 2020, in Dayton, Ohio. She had moved to Dayton a few months earlier to care for her mother, who was battling cancer. Baker was found shot to death at a residence on Windsor Avenue. The Montgomery County Coroner's Office ruled her death a homicide.
