Cynthia Chandler, a 16-year-old girl from Los Angeles, California, was tragically found dead on June 12, 1980. Her body was discovered by a Caltrans worker along the Ventura Freeway embankments. Cynthia had been shot in the head with a small caliber weapon, and her body was found nearly nude, indicating she had been dragged across a rough surface after her death.
