Siria Imelda Portillo Torres, a 36-year-old Latina, tragically lost her life on May 9, 2015, in Los Angeles, California. The incident occurred around 8 p.m. outside Lupillo’s Bar, located in the 1400 block of South Western Avenue in the Harvard Heights neighborhood.
