Neva Denise Caine, a 22-year-old manager at McDonald's, tragically lost her life on July 18, 1984, during what became known as the San Ysidro McDonald's massacre. This horrific event unfolded when a gunman entered the McDonald's restaurant in San Ysidro, California, and opened fire, killing 21 people and wounding 19 others. At the time, it was the largest mass shooting in U.S. history. Neva, who had recently married Dr. Andrew Caine, a chiropractor, was among the victims. She was described as a ...
