Carlos Reyes, an 8-month-old infant, tragically lost his life on July 18, 1984, during what became known as the San Ysidro McDonald's massacre. This horrific event unfolded when a gunman opened fire at a McDonald's restaurant in San Ysidro, California, resulting in the deaths of 21 people and injuries to 19 others. Carlos Reyes was one of the youngest victims of this senseless act of violence. He was at the restaurant with his mother, Jackie Wright Reyes, who also perished in the attack. The mas ...
