Miguel Victoria-Ulloa, aged 74, tragically lost his life on July 18, 1984, during the infamous McDonald's massacre in San Ysidro, California. This horrific event unfolded when James Huberty, a 41-year-old unemployed welder, entered the McDonald's restaurant armed with multiple firearms, including an Uzi and a shotgun.
