Frank Ringi, a well-known hair stylist from San Francisco, was tragically murdered on May 27, 1987. Ringi, who operated a high-profile hairdressing salon and frequently appeared on television talk shows for makeovers, was shot and killed at his salon in the TransAmerica Building.
