Lori Anne Rochon, aged 36, tragically lost her life on July 6, 1989, in Oakland, California. Her death was part of a series of random and brutal attacks carried out by Charles Arnett Stevens, a spree killer who terrorized the Oakland area during the spring and summer of 1989.
