Jasmine Turner, a 19-year-old resident of Oakland, California, tragically lost her life on April 30, 2018. She was found shot to death inside a parked vehicle in the 1400 block of 89th Avenue in East Oakland. The incident occurred just after 9:30 p.m. when a suspect approached the vehicle and began shooting at it. Jasmine Turner was accompanied by Davaughn Brown, a 25-year-old man from Berkeley, who managed to exit the vehicle but was fatally shot outside. The police were informed that Turner an ...
