Fathyma Vann, a 38-year-old resident of Indio, California, tragically lost her life on April 22, 1991. Her death was a result of a brutal murder committed by Phillip Carl Jablonski, a notorious serial killer. Vann was a student at a local community college, the same institution Jablonski attended as part of his parole conditions.
