David Sutcliffe, aged 30, tragically lost his life on July 1, 1993, in a mass shooting at 101 California Street in San Francisco, California. This incident, known as the 101 California Street shooting, was perpetrated by Gian Luigi Ferri, a disgruntled former client of the law firm Pettit & Martin, which occupied the 34th floor of the building.
