Carl Dan Claes, a 14-year-old boy from Lemon Heights, California, tragically lost his life on May 16, 1995. Known affectionately as "C.D.," Carl was a bright and energetic young boy who enjoyed playing hockey, swimming, and spending time with his family and pets.
