Jesse Hernandez, a 46-year-old resident of Baldwin Park, Los Angeles, was tragically killed in a shooting incident on October 14, 2024. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, around 2:50 a.m., when the Baldwin Park Police Department received a 9-1-1 call reporting gunshots.
