Juan Francisco Romero Gordillo, a 58-year-old resident of Los Angeles, California, tragically lost his life on November 7, 2018. He was found unresponsive in his car on the Soto Street on-ramp to the 10 Freeway in Boyle Heights. A California Highway Patrol officer discovered him in his dark green Toyota Corolla with the engine still running.
