Elvis Cruz Sanchez, a 31-year-old Latino, was tragically shot and killed on December 15, 2017, in Panorama City, Los Angeles. The incident occurred around 3 a.m. while Sanchez was sitting on a bus stop bench on Van Nuys Boulevard with another individual, James Gustavo Rodriguez, 29.
