Pablo Delacruz, a 34-year-old Latino, was tragically shot and killed on January 27, 2017, in the Watts neighborhood of Los Angeles, California. According to the Los Angeles County coroner’s records, the incident occurred around 5 p.m. while Delacruz was driving a beige Toyota Highlander east on East 96th Street.
