Carlos Raymond Sanchez, a 43-year-old Latino, was tragically shot and killed on July 15, 2018, in the Harbor Gateway area of Los Angeles, California. According to the Los Angeles County coroner’s records, the incident occurred around 10:50 p.m. while Sanchez was riding his bicycle west on West 224th Street.
