Sebhrenah April Wesson, aged 25, tragically died on March 12, 2004, in Fresno, California. Her death was part of a horrific mass murder orchestrated by her father, Marcus Wesson. Marcus Wesson, a towering figure with long dreadlocks, initially tried to calm the situation before retreating into the house and locking the door. Moments later, gunshots rang out, and Wesson emerged covered in blood. Inside the home, police discovered a grisly scene: nine bodies, including Sebhrenah's, stacked in a back bedroom. The victims ranged from infants to young adults, with Sebhrenah and her 17-year-old sister, Elizabeth Breani Kina Wesson, among them.
Marcus Wesson, who believed he was Jesus Christ and held bizarre religious beliefs, including the notion that Jesus was a vampire, had a history of incestuous relationships within his family. He fathered children with his daughters and nieces, creating a deeply disturbing and abusive environment. Sebhrenah was one of his daughters and also one of his victims. Wesson's control over his family was absolute, and he convinced them that they would all go to heaven if anyone tried to separate them.
