Connie Williams, a 15-year-old girl from Los Angeles, California, tragically lost her life on August 18, 2007. Connie was shot in the head at the intersection of 45th Street and San Pedro Street in the LAPD's Newton Division, an area located east of the 110 Freeway and south of downtown Los Angeles. The incident occurred early in the morning of August 17, 2007. Connie, who was a runaway, was standing with a group of young men who were believed to be the intended targets of the drive-by shooting. ...
