Fernando Isaias Castellanos, an 18-year-old Latino man, was tragically killed on August 24, 2007, in Los Angeles, California. The incident occurred at approximately 2:28 p.m. on the northwest corner of Beverly Boulevard and Normandie Avenue, an area situated north of Koreatown and south of the 101 Freeway.
