Kevin Charles Goodrum Jr., a 34-year-old man, tragically lost his life on August 16, 2015, after being shot in the 2100 block of East 115th Street in Watts, Los Angeles. The incident occurred on the evening of August 15, 2015, around 9:44 p.m., when Goodrum was socializing with others in the parking lot of the Imperial Courts housing development.
