Felipe Villarreal, a 43-year-old Latino, was tragically shot and killed on June 15, 2009, in the Boyle Heights neighborhood of Los Angeles, California. According to the Los Angeles County coroner's office, Villarreal was shot multiple times in the 3400 block of East 1st Street.
