Jenny Sor, a 40-year-old woman from Monterey Park, California, was tragically shot and killed on January 19, 2010. The incident occurred in the 200 block of North Chandler Avenue, where Sor and her boyfriend, Wenwa Chao, were visiting a senior housing facility where Chao's father resided.
