Julie Kates, a 46-year-old woman from Los Angeles, California, tragically lost her life on March 12, 2010. The incident occurred while she was waiting at a bus stop on Sunset Boulevard and Kingsley Drive in East Hollywood. According to reports, Kates suddenly collapsed at the bus stop around 1:20 p.m. Paramedics were called to the scene and transported her to Hollywood Presbyterian Medical Center.
