Christina Marie Salazar, a 17-year-old resident of Los Angeles, California, tragically lost her life on March 2, 2011. Christina was shot near the intersection of Maple Avenue and Adams Boulevard in the Historic South-Central neighborhood. According to the Los Angeles County coroner's records, she was shot in the back and succumbed to her injuries shortly after being transported to the hospital.
