Roberto Garcia-Gudino, a 38-year-old Latino, was tragically killed on April 3, 2010, in Wilmington, Los Angeles. The incident occurred early in the morning while Garcia-Gudino was driving south on Frigate Avenue. A car pulled up alongside his vehicle, and someone inside the car shot him in the upper torso.
