Joseph David Ulloa, a 22-year-old Latino, was tragically shot and killed on April 14, 2011, in Boyle Heights, Los Angeles. The incident occurred in the 1100 block of North Evergreen Street while Ulloa was in front of his home during a yard sale. According to the Los Angeles County coroner's records, Ulloa was shot multiple times for no apparent reason. Despite being rushed to a hospital, he succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead on April 18, 2011.
