Samuel White, a 44-year-old man from Los Angeles, California, was tragically shot and killed on February 6, 2016. The incident occurred near South Broadway and West 93rd Street in the Broadway-Manchester area. According to the Los Angeles County coroner’s records, White was walking west on West 93rd Street with another man around 9:30 a.m. when an unidentified person approached them.
