Jorge Jeronimo, a 27-year-old Latino, was tragically shot and killed on April 22, 2011, in Wilmington, Los Angeles, California. The incident occurred around 1:45 a.m. in the 1000 block of Lagoon Avenue. According to reports, Jeronimo was standing in front of a stairway leading to an apartment complex when two individuals approached him and inquired about his gang affiliation.
