Juan D. Santos, a 21-year-old resident of Los Angeles, California, tragically lost his life on December 22, 2015. The incident occurred around 10:00 p.m. in the 14500 block of Saticoy Street in Van Nuys. According to reports, Van Nuys patrol officers responded to a shooting call and found Santos lying on the sidewalk with a gunshot wound. Despite the efforts of Los Angeles Fire Department paramedics, who transported him to a local hospital, Santos was pronounced dead shortly after arrival.
