Fernando Felix Solano, a 16-year-old from Oceanside, California, tragically lost his life on May 3, 2011. He was shot to death alongside 14-year-old Sandra Salgado at Libby Lake Park, a location known for gang-related violence. On the night of the incident, Solano and Salgado were spending time together at the park when they were approached by gang members who mistakenly identified them as rival gang members.
