In the early hours of a Sunday morning in June 2019, the life of Ervin Franklin Pirtle Jr. was tragically cut short. The 49-year-old man, known to friends and family as 'Frankie,' was discovered in Gary, Indiana, a city neighboring his residence in Hobart.
