Mihran Ashikyan, a 28-year-old Armenian man, was tragically shot and killed on August 17, 2011, in East Hollywood, Los Angeles. The incident occurred around 4:20 p.m. when Ashikyan was walking to his vehicle on North Oxford Avenue. A black sport utility vehicle approached him, and at least one attacker fired multiple shots.
